Firstly they didn't even bother about enquiring about whether I have placed an order or not, because there was a technical glitch at there end. After 7 days when I contacted them then they initiated the shipping process. When the package arrived it, the box was in a horrible condition, all parts tapped with each other. Not at all satisfied with the company.
The straw in the package was broken
Also the support team is very slow on responding..almost one mail per day ..very disappointed in the delivery process and even after slow delivery order was broken

I like the mug as displayed online but recieved it broken its been 5 days no one has replied back to me
Please proceed with the return/replace or atleast reply back in whatsapp
