Cancellation & Refund


Uncommongifts strives to ensure a seamless transaction experience for every customer visiting our website. We meticulously handle the delivery of our products, upholding the highest quality standards. As a standard policy, we do not accept returns for products delivered in flawless, undamaged condition. However, a product is eligible for return under the following circumstances:

  • If an incorrect product has been dispatched or if the received product does not match the item selected during the order confirmation.
  • If you discover a quality or manufacturing defect in the received product.
  • If the product arrives in a damaged condition.

In cases where a product is wrongfully delivered or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we offer options for re-fulfillment of your order!

Return Process:

Our return policy applies within 24hrs from the date of product receipt and is applicable only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect product


Note* : Refund or Exchange is not applicable over Clearance Sale's products.

The return time frame commences from the date the product was delivered, as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Please note that cancellation cannot be made once the order is placed.

Please provide us with one displaying the damaged part and showing the entire product, to help us ascertain the reason for return. You can send the video to Our Quality Assurance team will review the details to determine the eligibility of the return.

We will respond to your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your email with the pictures. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product in question. Typically, it takes about 2-3 working days to organize a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery to our warehouse. Once the merchandise reaches our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect it, and the fulfilment process will commence within 2-3 days of receipt.

Points to remember:

The product must be returned with its original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (attached to the packet), and invoice.

The product should be unused and in its original condition.
